Important: Buyer assumes all customs clearance responsibilities and costs. • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are buyer's responsibility • Customs clearance procedures to be handled by buyer • We will provide necessary customs documentation • Buyer should understand destination country import regulations

Order cancellation policy: • Free cancellation before production starts • Cancellation fees may apply after production begins • Order modifications require mutual confirmation • Custom product orders cannot be cancelled

Our product warranties: • Products meet specifications • Quality warranty for 12 months after delivery • Refund or replacement for non-human caused damage • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving return

Limitation of liability terms: • We are not responsible for indirect losses • Liability capped at order amount • Force majeure events exempt liability • Please purchase appropriate shipping insurance
